Burnout V1

Keeping on your idea you could do a gradual colour change from the white then yellow indicating the burning candle then hald way going to grey then finally black indicating the ash, total destruction.
Personally dislike the paper idea. Not all burn outs are work related, infact most I know are aren’t. Stay at home mums are always 1 step away from total burn outs, as are those having to looking after sick or disabled/challenged love ones, those of us with multiple chronic conditions, even just get ready to go out can wipe us and that’s b4 any event. Work is stressful but so if life, it’s not all about paperwork. Would rather see little ash balls than paper on hands -
Such a cute design! I think what would be cool too is if the bunny had some sort of symbol of resilience? For instance, you could incorporate a small glowing spark on the bunny’s stomach (the furnace) to symbolise that even when running on empty, there’s still a spark of hope left?
Could tie into the human ability to keep going even when things feel rough? -
Maybe consider giving the bunny mask with a smile? So many of us with burnout still have to continue to show up and pretend to be okay

Don’t make the paper magnet or if you do make it not match up for the feeling of “I can’t fix my mistakes” while your freaking out about your performance dropping

One idea i can see working is burning the candle at both ends. So what if the tail is also a candle wick? Just a thought. Also i like the idea of it being all black with only tiny sparks of fire colors left- because it already burnt out- but i know there’s a lot of black buns too.
