Terms and Conditions
Our policies last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item delivery date shown on your tracking information, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or assist with any damage, losses or 'porch pirate' situations.
If an item is damaged during delivery, this must be reported to us with supporting evidence (in-focus and well-lit pictures) within 24 hours of delivery. Damage claims made more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you receive a refund, it will only be the cost of the item, and not any original shipping that was paid.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable): Books with obvious signs of use; CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges on our clothing items (t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, etc). Please select your sizes carefully. Jewelry is also exempt from returning.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can exchange/refund items if they are defective or damaged. Contact Us for the instructions and details for this and what you need to do.
Should your item be ok and you simply wish to do a swap for a different item, please note you will need to cover the cost of shipping the new item out to you.
You are responsible for paying your own re-shipping costs if you supply an incorrect shipping address and your order is misdirected and/or returned to us. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect shipping address. And we bear no responsibility for costs related to lost items resulting from an incorrect shipping address. Carefully check the shipping address you supply!
To return your product, the best option is to reject it on delivery. It will be automatically returned to us at no additional cost to you. When we receive notice that the item is in route back to us, we can issue a refund.
To return a product you've already received, Contact Us and you will be given an address to which you can ship it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Upon receiving your returns, we will check the items are returned in full and with no damage and then can provide you with the full refund amount of the original order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PayPal and Credit Card Refund Fees
All refunds and returns are subject to fees imposed by payment processors like PayPal and various credit card companies. In the event of a "no fault' request for refund, these fees will be deducted from the amount returned to you. In most cases, these fees are between $5 and $10USD (based on a flat fee and/or % of the transaction amount, depending on the platform).
Sharing Your Personal Information.
Should you purchase an item for someone else or send an item anonymously, and that person contact us with proof of receiving an item from our store and request your information, we will share your NAME ONLY with the parcel recipient.
