Symbolism:
The Chiari Malformation Bunny also features Jupiter/Tin symbols on its ears to represent breathing difficulties, a common symptom. The intricate ear patterns hint at the dizziness and disorientation that can accompany Chiari Malformations. Additionally, the swirls on its hands and feet highlight the struggle with poor coordination, and a heart pocket on the front symbolizes heart-related symptoms that often impact sufferers.
The zipper is functional and can be opened to reveal a small pouch space inside the head. The zipper symbolizes decompression surgery and spinal fusion to the neck collar for neck pain

That's why our design team only creates plushies related to health issues with which they have direct experience. In cases where our team does not have direct experience, we assemble an external team of experts to help guide our creative process. Higgy Bears are special stuffed animals made specifically for scoliosis patients. They wear matching mini scoliosis braces for kids and teens that brace, and have scars down their backs for those that have had surgery. Founder and Scoliosis Warrior Lauren Higginson, started Higgy Bears so that every child with scoliosis can have a little friend going through the same thing, just in bear form. Higgy Bears are donated to kids all over the world! To date, 35,000 Higgy Bears have made their way to kids in 165 countries. In addition to providing free Higgy Bears, Lauren also hosts an annual convention Higgy Con where scoliosis families come together for three days of fun, love and support. She also runs Higgy Zooms for kids, teens and parents to connect virtually and has nearly 50 Higgy Friends Groups throughout the US and Canada where families can meet in person and support one another. Shipping and Tracking
We offer FREE shipping to most locations in the world on orders over $60 USD on select products.
**Update – April 2025**
Due to newly imposed tariffs by the U.S. government, the shipping fee for parcels to the United States is now based on weight and starting at a minimum of $15 USD. This fee includes all applicable taxes and import duties, ensuring that no additional charges will be incurred by customers upon delivery.
Free Shipping for the USA is now only for orders over $200 USD in total.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust shipping rates accordingly should any changes in trade policies allow for a reduction in costs.
Some items are provided by a third party (indicated on product page) who control the shipping fees and therefore cannot be included in the free shipping.
For orders less than $60 USD, we apply a flat rate shipping cost based on weight: Less than 1lbs (0.45kg) = $9 USD; Greater than 1lbs (0.45kg) = $15 USD (Remote and hard to ship to countries, including but not limited to Iceland and Mexico, have a flat rate of $15 USD)
Your order is shipped directly from our locations in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China through a logistics center in Hong Kong and via e-packet mail services like USPS, DHL, and EMS.
Delivery time depends on global events, delivery location, and time of year, with 3 weeks being typical and some situations requiring 2~4+ weeks once shipped.
Please note that once shipped, we have no control over the shipping companies or global logistics slowdowns and delays, and you may potentially see lengthy delivery times and large gaps in tracking movement. Gaps of a week (or more) are unfortunately quite possible especially on international shipping. Local and International holidays, global events, weather, and other "Acts of God" can also create unexpected delays in shipping.
All packages are insured and tracked. And you will receive a tracking number via email when your order is handled and shipped. Tracking number emails often go into Spam Folders - please check yours.
If any item is lost during shipping (not including handling time), meaning there is no sort of tracking update for 4 weeks or more, we will refund your purchase and shipping costs. Because we hand process all orders, handling times can be impacted by our traveling or local holidays.

With surgery on the 'as soon as we're past the waiting list' horizon for me (with all the excitement and scaries that come with that!) this was an amazing gift to recieve from my friend. He is SO soft and absolutely PERFECT for snuggling and stroking whether headachey or discombobulated. I don't normally keep plushes but he's an absolute gem I will not be letting go of <3
