Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since the date of delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable & Exempt Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Print-On-Demand (POD) Clothing: All apparel (t-shirts, stockings, leggings, dresses, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets) are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Personal Care: Intimate or sanitary goods, health items, or hazardous materials.

  • Digital/Gift Items: Gift cards and downloadable software.

3. Proof of Purchase & Authorization

A receipt or proof of purchase is required. DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the "ship from" address on your package. You must contact us first at support@mysterious.design to receive authorization and the correct return address.

4. Sale Items vs. Limited Editions

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

  • Limited Editions: Limited Edition items sold at a reduced price are not considered "Sale Items." Standard return rules apply to Limited Editions.

5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate an exchange, email support@mysterious.design with a description and photos of the damage.

6. Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included in your refund amount.

  • Risk: We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
