Tinnitus Rabbit – A Ring You Can Hold

This one doesn’t speak. It listens. Too well.

Tinnitus Rabbit was born into static - forever humming, forever buzzing, forever trying to drown it all out. Inside those long, heavy ears, heartbeat lines rise and fall like waves in a storm. The eyes - wide and glassy - flicker with the kind of tired you only know if you’ve been chasing silence that never comes.

The pink and white colors nod to the noise that masks the noise. A hollow kindness. The bells sewn to each ear echo the clatter that lives in the skull. Fire and water symbols stitched on the backs of the ears mark the hiss, the steam, the endless whistle - yes, just like the kettle.

Tinnitus Rabbit was made for the ones who suffer in frequencies. For the ones who dread the question, “Is it still there?” Because of course it is.

This plush isn’t a cure. It’s a companion. A soft, strange sentinel for the moments when you want to scream, or sob, or beg for one second of peace. It won’t hush the sound, but it will hold space while it howls.

And to those who find this plush triggering - we get it. Truly. Even reading this might have set something off. If you need to scroll away, do. We’ll still be here if and when you come back.

Some things don’t go away.
But now, you don’t have to sit with it alone.

 Symbolism of Tinnitus Rabbit:

  • Pink + White Color Scheme
Represents pink noise and white noise, often used to mask the ringing and soothe sleep.

  • Static-Filled Eyes
Tired, overwhelmed eyes symbolize the constant searching for quiet - and the mental exhaustion it brings.

  • Heartbeat Lines in Ears
Visual echo of pulsatile tinnitus - when the noise pulses with your heartbeat.

  • Tiny Bells on Ears
Represent the phantom sounds many hear: chimes, whines, clanging that no one else can hear.

  • Fire & Water Symbols (Back of Ears)
Stand in for steam and pressure - a nod to the “kettle sound” or whistling that tinnitus can mimic.

  • Glitter Heart
A soft contradiction. The heart holds hope, or maybe just stubbornness. Because we keep going - even when it rings.

As I've found with all Plushe Dreadful plushies the Schizophrenia Rabbit is extremely well made and looks even better in person than in the online pictures. I have never been unhppy with any Mysterious product!

Soft and jingly

It doesn't quite sound like a tinnitus, but the ringing is sweet.

Ring

I feel like this captures the ringing well. It has joined the others on the bed and I al often confused by the sudden bells I hear when it shifts just like the strange sound I have dubbed the sound of silence (it's not... it just my ears are more likely to start ringing when I hear nothing else).

Adore this bun bun and it's bells

Fully get that for some tinitis sufferers these bells may be an issue, but they get that too and make it super easy to remove them
