The Rules:

1. There are humans behind these drawings and comments. Be constructive and kind. Following the loudest, rudest comments has never been a positive predictor that the plushie will resonate with the audience as a whole. And we mean never. We appreciate your passion, please appreciate that we are people too.

2. Upvotes are not considered as to whether or not a design element is included because many of them come in weeks after the plush is out of crowd design and we currently have no way of preventing this. Upvotes do not indicate feasibility, timelines, etc. They are helpful and we do look at them, but they cannot be the final word for this reason.

3. For the same reason enough people commenting the same thing does not automatically make it possible or feasible. Remember that while there might be multiple people saying something, behind the scenes there may be 1000s of people signed up for something to remain as it is, and we have to balance these two things. If it's a good idea that doesn't reverse what people already love, we will do it if we can. We have no reason other than feasibility not to.

4. Please do not post images or drawings, we cannot use them and they are often gigantic and take up the entire comment page.

We appreciate all your comments and strive to create a positive constructive environment for feedback for everyone, commentors and designers alike.

    • This makes me feel a lot less embarrassed about having this disorder, I’m actually really happy to see this be made!!

I really like the symbolism behind it because while yes, the disorder effects the bowels, it’s not just a generic “poop themed bunny” if anything me and several others with this disorder feel very embarrassed about that aspect, but that’s just what it is like living with it I guess.

My only critique would be what other comments have said, more discomfort in the face. IBS is very painful but great work as always

    • Around a year ago I found out I have Severe IBS which was scary and I lost a lot of weight because I couldn't eat anything. It's something I think is important to show through the facial expressions. The face right now feels indifferent compared to "annoyed" I think having a nauseous look or more exaggerated annoyed/sad face would look better. I do agree with most people that the pants aren't gender neutral. Though even as a fem presenting person I enjoy the design now still. Though personally with my IBS I cannot wear pants tightly over my belly, I think this is a common occurrence for people with GI issues. I think changing the pants to maybe sweatpants could help, as I also personally can only wear loose pants without pain. I love the toilet paper, I think it adds the perfect amount of humor into things, as I do joke about my IBS. Cause what can you do about something bad you can't stop? Joke! I love seeing more representation for IBS as it is something more than a "tummy ache" Thank you for taking the time to work on this design.

    • Hi I don't have IBS but I have obstruction of the bowel (I think are somewhat similar) and I think it be cool if there was a zipper on the bunny stomach where you can remove a poop plush and vomit plush buddy. Maybe also a removable mask symbolizing nausea or pain

    • i love the little tuft of hair!!!

i also think the adjustment to the pants could be a flap like those onesies have. although i fear people will feel infantalized by it, i dont see it that way – i see a little humour in my ibs. maybe like a swirl on the stomach to symbolise that churning feeling when you feel pain in the stomach?

    • As someone with IBS i love to see one in the works. I do agree with what everyone is saying about chnaging it to a mint green and adding a disgusted face.

The big thing i wanna see changed is the pants. As an extremely fem person the pants just dont feel gender natural. Id lovd to see pj pants or sweat pants for the days we feel bloated and need to lay down on our stomachs. (Me personally rn) I dont mind the brown color (brown and mint green would be so cute and a nod to ice cream, dangerous food for lactose intolerant people) but i also would love to see other options.
