Time loss, or "time distortion," is a challenging experience often associated with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). This phenomenon occurs when individuals experience gaps in memory or feel as though time has skipped forward without awareness of what happened in between. For people with PTSD, these moments can be unsettling, as they may feel as though time has warped or that parts of their life are slipping away, leaving them feeling disoriented or out of control.
