Higgy Bears are special stuffed animals made specifically for scoliosis patients. They wear matching mini scoliosis braces for kids and teens that brace, and have scars down their backs for those that have had surgery. Founder and Scoliosis Warrior Lauren Higginson, started Higgy Bears so that every child with scoliosis can have a little friend going through the same thing, just in bear form. Higgy Bears are donated to kids all over the world! To date, 35,000 Higgy Bears have made their way to kids in 165 countries. In addition to providing free Higgy Bears, Lauren also hosts an annual convention Higgy Con where scoliosis families come together for three days of fun, love and support. She also runs Higgy Zooms for kids, teens and parents to connect virtually and has nearly 50 Higgy Friends Groups throughout the US and Canada where families can meet in person and support one another. Shipping and Tracking
We offer FREE shipping to most locations in the world on orders over $60 USD on select products.
**Update – April 2025**
Due to newly imposed tariffs by the U.S. government, the shipping fee for parcels to the United States is now based on weight and starting at a minimum of $15 USD. This fee includes all applicable taxes and import duties, ensuring that no additional charges will be incurred by customers upon delivery.
Free Shipping for the USA is now only for orders over $200 USD in total.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust shipping rates accordingly should any changes in trade policies allow for a reduction in costs.
Some items are provided by a third party (indicated on product page) who control the shipping fees and therefore cannot be included in the free shipping.
For orders less than $60 USD, we apply a flat rate shipping cost based on weight: Less than 1lbs (0.45kg) = $9 USD; Greater than 1lbs (0.45kg) = $15 USD (Remote and hard to ship to countries, including but not limited to Iceland and Mexico, have a flat rate of $15 USD)
Your order is shipped directly from our locations in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China through a logistics center in Hong Kong and via e-packet mail services like USPS, DHL, and EMS.
Delivery time depends on global events, delivery location, and time of year, with 3 weeks being typical and some situations requiring 2~4+ weeks once shipped.
Please note that once shipped, we have no control over the shipping companies or global logistics slowdowns and delays, and you may potentially see lengthy delivery times and large gaps in tracking movement. Gaps of a week (or more) are unfortunately quite possible especially on international shipping. Local and International holidays, global events, weather, and other "Acts of God" can also create unexpected delays in shipping.
All packages are insured and tracked. And you will receive a tracking number via email when your order is handled and shipped. Tracking number emails often go into Spam Folders - please check yours.
If any item is lost during shipping (not including handling time), meaning there is no sort of tracking update for 4 weeks or more, we will refund your purchase and shipping costs. Because we hand process all orders, handling times can be impacted by our traveling or local holidays.

Of all of my Plushie Dreadfuls, this one might be my favorite. He’s got this sweet little smile, he’s so so soft, and the little tilt of his head matches mine! I love him so much, he’s one of my most comforting possessions, he travels with me and chills on my lap for virtual therapy and doctor’s appointments. He is precious!
Everything about this bunny is PERFECT!!! His mis-matched legs (just like mine), his curved spine (just like mine), his lil head tilt and fluffy ears, he's so soft and I've never felt more seen. <3 <3 Now I have a buddy to snuggle with when I'm dealing with chronic pain. I also love that the tote bag is covered in crooked spines. They were so beautiful I didn't even catch that that was the design at first!!!

when we say we nearly cried we meant it. not only was it love at first sight (we LOVE this type of green. plus omg smth that isnt abt making fun of scoliosis?) but its just sooo cute. The army grows!!! one thing I want to point out however is that both of our bunnies ears are the same. its cute but we lowkey miss the other symbol that theyre lacking :( Nevertheless hes more special this way which suits the name we have given him - Lucky!!
Super soft love the big floppy ears😭 makes me feel less alone in my chronic illness🥹💚 I haven't been able to let her go since I got her haha...
