I'm in love, when they arrived today I actually almost cried as soon as I unwrapped them.
I've been a fan of the Alice games for such a long time, they hold a special place in my heart for their messages and wildly imaginative, dark and unique design and storytelling approaches,
I love (most) of the ways McGee manages to translate his distinct style to such a different line of products, I've been following the mysterious brand and community feedback processes for many years already as well, always kept eyeing the new releases, but felt a bit excessive to splurge on ordering stuffed rabbits all the way to Germany. How silly of me.
Perfect timing, never had anything even close to how well-made and huggable these plushies are. They're SO damn soft, still can't stop petting their floppy ears, and just everything about them in general is ridiculously adorable.
I love how quirky and different they all look. The totebags are awesome as well. Immensely worth it and I'm so happy I finally made the choice to get them.
Immediately cut off their labels and trimmed the fur around their noses a little so you can see their tiny cute pouts a little better. It's something I take issue with in general, not just with the Dreadfuls. I know it's a minor detail, but I would love to see the way longer hair moves on the face taken into consideration a bit more, as the expressions being properly conveyed and fully visible even when fluffing them up is quite essential imo.
