Beautiful design, great that you take some of the different symptoms neurofibromatosis can give, the colors are perfectly fine, however, I would say that you could also try to include neurofibromatosis colors in the design (green and blue), as an example a small bow

I do not know much about this issue, however the overall colors, symbolism, and explanation seem very well put together. You just wanna boop the lil' bun

I absolutely love the design, I was thinking one addition to the design is something for brittle bones since NF can effect bone mass, making them weaker and more prone to fracture
