Dreadful Rewards Terms & Conditions

 

Welcome to Dreadful Rewards, our loyalty program powered by Okendo and run by the humans behind Plushie Dreadfuls. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms:

 


 1. Eligibility

Anyone with an account in Good Standing* at PlushieDreadfuls.com is eligible. 

Accounts must use a valid email address, and duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or merged at our discretion.

Accounts attempting to circumvent discount limitations, exploit the rewards program, or our general good will are not eligible. 


 2. Earning Points

  • Points are earned on net product purchases only (excluding tax, shipping, discounts, and returns).

  • Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be revoked in cases of suspected abuse.

  • Points earned via reviews, birthdays, or promos are subject to approval and timing.


3. Redeeming Points

  • Redemption options and point values are subject to change without notice.

  • Only one loyalty reward or code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Loyalty rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points once redeemed.


 4. Tier & Plushie Rewards

  • Tiered rewards (such as Midnight White Rabbit or Platinum Cheshire) are limited to one per customer per plush type.

  • These are not shipped automatically and must be claimed via email within the specified deadline.

  • Past purchases made before January 1, 2025 must be manually verified and claimed by October 31, 2025.


 5. Account Merging

  • Customers may request a one-time account merge before September 30, 2025, provided retention codes have not been used across multiple accounts. 

  • Merged accounts are still subject to one reward per plush type per customer.

  • Please note that merging accounts is for the purposes of contributing towards your lifetime rewards and not points. You will not receive points for purchases before January 1st, 2025

 6. Shipping & Availability

  • Loyalty gifts and tier rewards typically ship within 2–3 weeks, but delays may occur during high-volume periods.

  • All rewards are available while supplies last. We do not guarantee availability of any specific item.


7. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Dreadful Rewards program at any time, including point values, tier thresholds, and reward offerings, with or without notice.


8. Conflicts & Disputes

In cases where rules are unclear, misinterpreted, or lead to conflict, we reserve the right to resolve the issue in a manner that preserves the integrity of the program and limits harm to our small business. This may include denying, adjusting, or delaying rewards on a case-by-case basis.

*Definition of Good Standing
To be eligible for participation in the Dreadful Rewards program, an account must be in Good Standing. This means the account holder has:
  • Never initiated a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or other unauthorized payment reversal;

  • Not violated our Terms of Service, community guidelines, or any related platform rules;

  • Not engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior toward the Plushie Dreadfuls brand, Mysterious LLC, or its representatives;

  • Not caused reputational, financial, operational, or legal harm to the business, its staff, or affiliated partners, whether through direct action, public misrepresentation, or coordinated activity;

  • Not participated in harassment, threats, defamation, or similar behavior against our company or community.

We reserve the right to determine Good Standing at our sole discretion based on past or present conduct. Violations may result in exclusion from the rewards program and forfeiture of accumulated benefits.
