配送と追跡
対象商品を 60 米ドル以上ご注文の場合、世界中のほとんどの地域への送料が無料になります。

米国政府による新たな関税導入に伴い、米国への小包の送料は重量に基づいて算出され、最低15米ドルからとなります。この料金には適用されるすべての税金と輸入関税が含まれており、配達時にお客様に追加料金が発生することはありません。
米国への送料無料は現在、合計金額が 200 米ドルを超える注文にのみ適用されます。
当社は引き続き状況を監視し、貿易政策の変更によりコストが削減される場合にはそれに応じて配送料を調整します。
一部の商品は、配送料を管理する第三者（商品ページに記載）によって提供されるため、送料無料の対象にはなりません。

ご注文は、中国の上海と深センにある当社の拠点から香港の物流センターを経由して、USPS、DHL、EMSなどの電子パケットメールサービスを通じて直接発送されます。
配送時間は世界情勢、配送場所、時期によって異なりますが、通常は 3 週間ですが、発送後 2 ～ 4 週間以上かかる場合もあります。
発送後は、配送業者や世界的な物流の遅延・遅延について当社では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。そのため、配送に長時間かかったり、追跡情報に大きな空白が生じたりする可能性があります。特に国際配送の場合、1週間（またはそれ以上）の空白が生じる可能性もございます。また、国内外の祝日、世界的な出来事、天候、その他の「天災」によっても、予期せぬ配送遅延が発生する場合があります。

I’ve been eyeing these products since 2022 and finally spent some money on one of these guys!! This little guy is SO soft, unbelievably soft. Some fluff is uneven and sticking out from the rest, but it’s okay. Definitely will order from here again soon 👍
I’m really disappointed. I tried talking to customer service and they were not helpful with finding out where my plushy is. I ordered it over a month ago and it said that it’s been out for delivery for the past two weeks. I have not gotten any update. I’m really disappointed because I was really excited about this stuffie. hoping they reach out to me to make it right.
My daughter lives these Rabbit, so for birthday, Xmas, occasions, or just because, I go thru the site, if I see one I think she would like , I first ask her in about way if she likes, than she tell me has it or likes it.
Last one purchased is for bday in a week.

My Flight rabbit is a bit of an anomaly: unless you look really closely, you’d think he doesn’t have a nose or a mouth! I honestly think that adds to his already charming aura, He’s soft and well-stuffed, and his antennae are delightfully bendy fun to play with. They might not be super appealing to people who don’t like hard parts in their plushies, but to me they’re perfect to fidget with.
