Hello! I was part of the original crowd design as someone with body dysmorphia, and I have a pretty important inclusion! You should think about removing/moving the two lines under the nose that resembles a mouth! This is mostly for the coherence of the design, since it clashes with the skull part having visible teeth (and therefore a mouth) much lower than the actual mouth. I have talked to several people about this and they all agree this would be a better change.
Also this is mostly a personal opinion, but the eyes look really uncanny :<

this design is spectacular. the only thing I'd nitpick is a more concerned expression on the face as body dysmorphia isn't usually a good thing.

ooo this is adorable! One thing I think would work is that instead of the skull mask on the bunny, maybe its a drama mask? Like the half happy half sad commonly shown in theater :0?

I have this and would buy this in a heartbeat!!!

Just saw the prototype, and they’re looking so cute!
- Love the addition of the little question marks inside the ears with the diamonds
- The teal body color leans a little more green than the concept art, but it’s still cute ofc!
- Adore how the dark blue embroidery was kept, and it looks amazing
- Thank you for keeping the rabbit a normal rabbit shape <3
If I could recommend three things to change from seeing the prototype:
- I can understand how “mirror-like” eyes can work for symbolism, but I hope they won’t be too reflective. As reflective surfaces (mirrors namely) can trigger those who suffer from body dysmorphia (including myself).
Less important, relating to the color:
- The dark blue fabric shown (in the ears) could be just a little lighter to read as a dark blue instead of black (like the concept art)
- The accents on the tips of the paws are a little off; where it looks like the dark blue/indigo is black , and the pastel yellow looks more like a mustard yellow
Sorry if I sound like I’m just being super picky, this is just if they’re looking for feedback. My only gripes are really with the eyes and changes to the color palette as I got a little attached to it. I know that with prototyping colors can be wonky, or maybe they made the choice to change the colors because they like it better for the distortion feel. Either way, very excited for this rabbit and can’t wait to have them home with me once they’re out! <3

I think the desing is pretty good, but maybe making the skull (i assume that's what it is-) on the face a little more pronounced could represent people who feel smaller than they actually are, or like they're skin and bones. Personally, that's the kind of dysmorphia I deal with, and I know that it's a fairly common, esspecially with people who feel they need to be very muscular. Overall, the design looks lovely!

100% one of my favorite designs, please just make it standard rabbit shaped

I think the design is basically already perfect as is, as someone who has suffered from this disorder for most of my life. I agree with everyone else to not make the bun disproportionate in any way – keep it regular shaped. Theres a suggestion below about making the eyes reflective as a visual for staring in a mirror, I would just personally advise some caution with how reflective it is, since I personally hate nothing more than having to look in mirrors, since it can be very triggering, and i would rather not that the plushie that represents something i suffer from also triggers it. Other than that, the pattern, visual and colour palette are all great, and i cant wait to see (and hopefully get) the final version ^^
Also please please please this one would look much better without a mouth!!!!! both because it kinda clashes with the skull showing that the mouth would be placed in a completely different place, but also because one of the worst things about BDD is not being able to properly articulate and explain to others how it feels.

love this design!
the thing i would recommend, is maybe a stich along the parts the bunny is insecure about?
like maybe the ears and legs?

Ok, now I can see why people wouldn’t want a distorted version. Though I do hope you add some sort of reflective fabric on the rabbit or have it holding a mirror! Also I’d love if you kept the colors the same!
