Based on how my own APD manifests maybe some extra tuffs of fluff (like the haircut) could go in the base of the ears where they attach to the head, sort of like stuffing cotton in your ears to represent how words sounding muffled.
Otherwise a perfect and adorable plush I'm eager to add to my collection.
