I think this is a really interesting and visually appealing take on Body Dysmorphia. It is also a great use of the colors for Body Dysmorphia. My only suggestion is that the mouth under the nose with the implied fangs of the skull is repetitive (unless two mouths is part of the symbolism?) So perhaps remove the mouth lines and keep the fangs :)

I don’t feel like this represents body dysmorphia, I also don’t get the bones thing (and I have body dysmorphia). Also, don’t think the colours are the correct ones for this particular problem.

I think the design is cool but I feel like it doesn't really say BDD specifically to me? Like I think making some of the design distorted and asymmetrical would be better? Like making some of the arm bone lines skewed or weirdly shaped or half of the skull is distorted and pointy or something. Something to say 'my body is uneven and wrong to me' more.
